This Trainer's Training is unique both in style and presentation, and more importantly in the commitment of the Master Trainers to your individual success, before, during and after the training. Your successful completion will enable you to be certified as an INLPTA Trainer (International NLP Trainers Association) and make you eligible to run your own Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes recognised by INLPTA. This 19 day Trainer’s Training and Evaluation will take you 'all the way through boundaries you didn’t know existed' so that you can teach others how to change their lives. Pre-Course Work You will be taught to present NLP and to design and sequence your own trainings. The investment of your time and effort before the training to revise your NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner material will be rewarded by the confidence with which you will recall your material easily. We will be delighted to coach you prior to the training to design presentations of three of the suggested topics to be offered during the training. At Evaluation you will also be asked to Demonstrate a pattern of NLP and prior to the training you are advised to rehearse how you would demonstrate to a class, Anchoring for example. The NLP Questionnaire included in your pack is a comprehensive scan of your NLP content knowledge. We will take 25% of these same questions and present them to you at Evaluation, for completion, closed book. The more you prepare your NLP content the more you can relax and enjoy your Trainers Training. Our style is transparent, encouraging you to understand everything that is taking place in the training room. We want you to succeed and we are therefore including all NLP content on which you will be evaluated, in your Pre-Course Package. This is what makes our training unique. In addition you will be enabled to teach Memory Resolution, a time code intervention, on completion of the 19th day of training. Evaluation Evaluation and feedback from the Master Trainers is ongoing throughout the course, and you will be offered the highest quality of coaching on every presentation to ensure your success. Training Ethics We walk the talk of NLP and live it as a philosophy in our trainings, our marriage and our daily lives. The training also includes an opportunity for you to discover your values, ethics and codes of conduct as a trainer, by which you will inspire others and be a model of excellence. Ongoing Mentorship When the course is complete, and you have graduated as a Trainer of NLP, our mentorship is ongoing. We will mentor you in developing your own training and support you to gain ANLP recognition, should you so desire. Setting up your own training We make it easy for you by making available to you CD’s and Manuals for your Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses, all at discounted prices. For those who want to customise their own trainings and materials, the entire curriculum of Practitioner is available on compact disc. A Master Practitioner disc is available when you have run several Practitioner programmes and assisted on a Master Practitioner training. This Training is open to Master Practitoners of NLP. Memory Re-Solution A recently developed technique for resolution of limiting beliefs and unuseful emotions, Memory Re-Solution is a generic form of a time code intervention, which you can offer to all clients in all contexts to restore balance in their lives. The process of Memory Re-Solution unglues negative emotions and rationalises past memories, creating a Re-Solution of past events and making solutions available for the future. By these methods, evolution is accelerated by growing and learning from the past. Individually tailored to meet your client's unique storage of memories, this is an opportunity for our graduate trainers to discover a recent training development.
