Having enjoyed a rewarding career in Physiotherapy, Melissa developed her natural skills and abilities in advanced communication, consultancy, coaching, negotiation and change management through organisational development within the NHS.

She now integrates her experience through work in the Public and Private sectors, and is committed to developing individuals, teams and organisations to enable success in both a training and therapeutic context. An INLPTA certified trainer of NLP, Melissa has an entertaining and engaging presentation style, demonstrating her passion for enabling others to be the best they can be.
